After tumbling out of suburban Melbourne and skidding like a hamstrung deer across a Stock, Aitken and Waterman branded ice rink for a few years, this song always makes me think of the transition to what we all know and love: Kylie – hotpants edition.
Sure, we had to stumble over some Manic-shaped Indie rocks to get there, but once the 21st century hit, it was all over. And considering she’s over fifty years of age, thems is some age defying hotpantses.
